  1.              Application for MSI SupportNET NODE access

  3. Thanks for your interest in MSI SupportNET. In order for us to consider
  4. your application for Network access, we'll need a little information
  5. about you.

  7. The following questionnaire can ONLY be received and processed if
  8. included as part of a MESSAGE sent to GWEN BARNES in conference 0 at MSI
  9. HQ BBS. All requests in other formats WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, including
  10. files attached to messages, uploaded files, voice phone calls, etc. The
  11. questionnaire is short enough and easy enough to present as part of a
  12. message, which gives us the opportunity to reply and handle any
  13. additional logistical information needed.

  55. After receipt of the above information, we will advise by a return
  56. message when your netsysop account has been established. Please be sure
  57. that the information you provide is complete and accurate, and please
  58. allow up to one week for processing.

  60. You should then begin calling on a regular basis for mail, at a minimum
  61. of twice a week. Regular mail pickup is required -- BBS accounts
  62. inactive for more than 30 days will be purged, and you will have to
  63. re-apply for access.
